Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on package size and delivery location, shipments may be placed in a mailbox, parcel locker, or other designated mail area.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the mainland United States, as well as Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Delivery timelines are determined by USPS and destination. Please note that shipments to Hawaii and Puerto Rico may take longer than mainland U.S. deliveries. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Address Accuracy and Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

We are unable to modify shipping addresses, reroute packages, or make changes to orders after checkout. This includes requests to ship to a different address than originally provided.

Orders returned due to address errors, incomplete information, or unsuccessful delivery attempts may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

Delivery Confirmation and Responsibility

Delivery is considered complete once USPS confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. At that point, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

This includes deliveries made to secure mailrooms, parcel lockers, virtual mailboxes, concierge services, or other authorized recipients designated by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact USPS directly to initiate an inquiry promptly following the delivery timestamp. We will provide shipment documentation upon request to assist with the carrier’s investigation.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Review

All orders are subject to review. We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders if additional verification is required prior to shipment.
