At The Spa Chapter, each product is crafted with care using premium ingredients and thoughtful attention to detail. Due to the nature of personal care and fragrance items, all sales are final

Discovery Sizes are available for those who prefer to experience a formula prior to purchasing a full-size product.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at hello@thespachapter.com within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

To assist with our review, we may request clear photographs of the item(s), packaging, and shipping materials. This helps us accurately assess the situation.

If an issue is confirmed, we will work with you to make it right.  In these situations, we offer either a replacement or store credit.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior authorization do not override this policy and do not obligate us to issue a refund, replacement, or credit

Refused, Unclaimed, or Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, not retrieved from a carrier, mailbox, or virtual address, or returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts are not eligible for refund.
